TERMS AND CONDITIONS — “LADY PIPA X MAS1

1. ORGANISERS

These Terms and Conditions govern participation in the promotional giveaway entitled “LADY PIPA X MAS1 — SOIRÉE DREAMS” (hereinafter, the “Giveaway”), organised by:

The Giveaway is held in collaboration with MAS1, through its official Instagram account @mas1__________, to celebrate the launch of the limited-edition LADY PIPA X MAS1 handbag.

Participation in the Giveaway implies full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

2. PURPOSE OF THE GIVEAWAY

The Giveaway is a promotional and advertising initiative by Lady Pipa and MAS1 to celebrate the launch of Lady Pipa's new SOIRÉE DREAMS collection and the exclusive LADY PIPA X MAS1 collaboration.

The aim is to reward one participant and the two friends tagged in their winning comment with three dresses from the SOIRÉE DREAMS collection and the opportunity to attend its exclusive launch party together.

In addition, the main winner will receive a limited-edition LADY PIPA X MAS1 handbag.

Participation is entirely free of charge and does not require the purchase of any product or service.

3. ELIGIBILITY AND GEOGRAPHICAL SCOPE

The Giveaway is open to individuals aged 18 or over who reside in Spain, have a genuine, active Instagram account and meet all the requirements set out in these Terms and Conditions.

Both the main winner and the two tagged friends must be at least 18 years old and able to attend the SOIRÉE DREAMS launch party in person, taking place on 19 November 2026 in Madrid.

Employees, direct collaborators, agencies, suppliers and immediate family members of the organising brands, as well as anyone directly involved in organising the Giveaway, are not eligible to participate.

The organising brands reserve the right to request documentation verifying the identity and age of the prize recipients.

4. ENTRY PERIOD

The entry period will begin on Sunday, 15 November 2026, at 12:00 p.m., when the official Giveaway post is published on Instagram.

The Giveaway will close on Tuesday, 17 November 2026, at 9:00 a.m.

Entries submitted outside this period will not be considered valid.

All times refer to mainland Spain local time.

5. HOW TO ENTER

To enter the Giveaway, participants must complete all the following steps during the entry period:

Follow Lady Pipa's official Instagram account, @ladypipa.
Follow MAS1's official Instagram account, @mas1__________.
Comment on the official collaborative Giveaway post, tagging two friends they would like to bring to the SOIRÉE DREAMS launch party.
Share the official Giveaway post to their Instagram Stories, tagging both brands.

All four requirements are mandatory for an entry to be considered valid.

Participants may leave multiple comments. Each valid comment will count as a separate entry, provided that the two people tagged are different from those tagged in the participant's previous comments.

Tags of business accounts, fake profiles, celebrities or accounts that do not belong to real individuals will not be accepted.

To verify compliance with the Instagram Stories requirement, the organising brands may request a screenshot from the selected participant proving that the post was shared during the entry period.

Participants must be able to provide evidence that they have fulfilled all the stated requirements.

Entries submitted through fake, duplicate or automated profiles, bots, or accounts created solely to enter giveaways will not be accepted.

Lady Pipa and MAS1 reserve the right to exclude any entry considered irregular, fraudulent or in breach of these Terms and Conditions.

6. PRIZES

The Giveaway will have one main winner, who will share part of the prize with the two friends tagged in the selected comment.

The prize package consists of:

1. Three dresses from Lady Pipa's SOIRÉE DREAMS collection

One dress for the main winner.
One dress for the first tagged friend.
One dress for the second tagged friend.

Styles, colours and sizes are subject to stock availability and Lady Pipa's selection conditions.

2. One limited-edition LADY PIPA X MAS1 handbag

The main winner will receive an exclusive handbag from the LADY PIPA X MAS1 collaboration.

This prize is exclusively for the main winner and does not extend to the two tagged friends.

3. Three invitations to the exclusive SOIRÉE DREAMS launch party

The main winner and their two friends will each receive an invitation to attend the exclusive launch party for Lady Pipa's new SOIRÉE DREAMS collection, taking place on Thursday, 19 November 2026, in Madrid.

Details regarding the venue and event schedule will be communicated directly to the prize recipients.

Invitations are personal, issued in each guest's name and non-transferable.

Unless expressly stated otherwise by the organising brands, the prize does not include travel, accommodation, transportation, meals or any other personal expenses associated with attending the event.

Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash, sold or replaced with other products or services at the recipients' request.

7. WINNER SELECTION

The main winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received during the specified entry period.

The draw will take place on Tuesday, 17 November 2026, after the entry period has closed.

The selection will be carried out using a random selection platform, such as Easypromos, Sortea2 or an equivalent tool, to ensure transparency.

One winning comment will be selected, identifying both the main winner and the two friends tagged in that comment.

The organising brands will verify that the selected entry meets all the stated requirements.

Reserve winners may also be selected and contacted in order if the initially selected participant fails to meet the requirements, declines the prize or cannot be reached.

8. WINNER ANNOUNCEMENT

The main winner will be announced on 17 November 2026 through the official Instagram accounts of Lady Pipa and/or MAS1.

The organising brands will contact the winner directly via Instagram direct message.

Due to the proximity of the event, the main winner will have a maximum of 24 hours from the first notification to respond, accept the prize and provide the information required to arrange it.

The main winner must also confirm that both tagged friends are available to attend the event.

If no response is received within the specified period, the prize is declined or these Terms and Conditions are breached, the organising brands may contact the first reserve winner.

Acceptance of the prize may be subject to verification of identity, age and compliance with all Giveaway requirements.

9. PRIZE DELIVERY AND ARRANGEMENTS

Once the prize has been accepted, Lady Pipa and MAS1 will coordinate the delivery of the products and the event invitations with the main winner.

Lady Pipa dresses

The three dresses from the SOIRÉE DREAMS collection are subject to the availability of styles, colours and sizes at the time of delivery.

If a particular style or size is unavailable, Lady Pipa may offer an alternative of equivalent or similar value.

LADY PIPA X MAS1 handbag

The limited-edition handbag will be delivered exclusively to the main winner, according to the arrangements agreed with the organising brands.

Event invitations

The three prize recipients will receive the necessary information to access the exclusive event on 19 November 2026.

All guests must comply with the event's admission, capacity, security and organisational rules.

Failure to attend the event for personal reasons will not entitle the recipient to financial compensation, a replacement invitation or an alternative event.

10. TAX OBLIGATIONS

The prizes are subject to the tax legislation in force in Spain.

Each prize recipient is responsible for complying with any tax obligations arising from acceptance of the prizes received.

Prizes in kind may be treated as capital gains for tax purposes and may be subject to applicable withholding taxes or payments on account.

The organising brands may request the information required to comply with their tax and administrative obligations.

11. IMAGE RIGHTS AND PRIZE COMMUNICATION

The organising brands may publicly announce the Giveaway results, including the main winner's name or Instagram username, through their official channels to ensure transparency and communicate the awarding of the prizes.

Any additional use of identifiable photographs, images or videos of prize recipients for advertising or promotional purposes will require the relevant authorisation where legally necessary.

Attendance at the event may involve the recording of general images or videos of the celebration. Attendees will be informed accordingly, in compliance with applicable legislation.

12. DATA PROTECTION

Personal data provided by participants and prize recipients will be processed by the organising entities, as applicable, for the purposes of managing the Giveaway, verifying eligibility, selecting and contacting prize recipients, delivering prizes, organising access to the event and complying with applicable legal obligations.

Data may be shared with service providers and collaborators where necessary for the proper management of the Giveaway and prize delivery.

The legal basis for processing will be the management of participation in the Giveaway and compliance with the corresponding legal obligations.

Personal data will be retained for as long as necessary to fulfil these purposes and comply with legally required retention periods.

Participants may exercise their rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and data portability by contacting [email protected], without prejudice to any channels provided by MAS1 where it acts as a data controller.

Participants may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (Agencia Española de Protección de Datos) if they believe their personal data has not been processed in accordance with applicable legislation.

13. INSTAGRAM DISCLAIMER

This Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated in any way with Instagram or Meta.

Participants release Instagram and Meta from any liability arising from the Giveaway.

Instagram does not provide any support, administration or assistance in connection with this promotion.

Participation also implies compliance with Instagram's applicable terms of use, community guidelines and policies.

14. LIABILITY

Lady Pipa and MAS1 shall not be held responsible for incomplete, incorrect, fraudulent, invisible, deleted, blocked or late entries resulting from technical issues, connection failures, Instagram errors, privacy restrictions or any circumstances beyond their control.

The organising brands shall also not be responsible for any inability to attend the event due to the prize recipients' personal circumstances, delays, travel difficulties or failure to comply with admission rules.

In the event of force majeure, unforeseen impossibility, technical incidents, fraud or any other justified circumstances preventing the proper running of the Giveaway or the event, the organising brands reserve the right to modify, suspend, postpone or cancel the promotion, providing notice through their official channels.

This is without prejudice to any rights legally held by participants and prize recipients.

15. DISQUALIFICATION

Lady Pipa and MAS1 reserve the right to disqualify any participant who:

Breaches these Terms and Conditions.
Does not follow both brands during the required period.
Fails to tag two real individuals in their comment.
Does not share the official post to their Instagram Stories.
Uses fake profiles, bots, automation or fraudulent systems.
Posts offensive, discriminatory, violent or unlawful comments.
Manipulates or attempts to manipulate the Giveaway.
Cannot verify their identity, age or compliance with the entry requirements.
Breaches Instagram's terms of use.

In the event of disqualification, the entry will be invalidated and a reserve winner may be selected, without any entitlement to compensation.

16. AMENDMENTS

The organising brands reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions for justified reasons, provided that such amendments do not unfairly prejudice participants' rights and are duly communicated through Lady Pipa's and/or MAS1's official channels.

17. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by Spanish law.

Any dispute arising from their interpretation or implementation shall be submitted to the courts and tribunals having jurisdiction under applicable legislation.
