HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

Spain

1. DROP OFF AT PACK POINT

If you choose Punto Pack delivery or collection point as your delivery method, delivery is free for orders over €50 on the Peninsula and Balearic Islands. You can consult the list of collection points here.

2. HOME DELIVERY

Delivery to mainland Spain is free for orders over €50. For orders under €50, the shipping costs €3.95.
Delivery to the Balearic Islands costs €3,95 for orders over €50. For orders under 50€ the cost is €6,95.
Delivery to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla costs €5,95 for orders over €50. For orders under 50€ the cost is €9,95.

In the event that the package is detained by customs, the addressee will have to pay the handling fess. This condition is accepted upon purchase. Under no circumstances will Lady Pipa be responsible for the payment of customs clearance or the taxes derived therefrom.

European Union

Shipping to any country in the European Union is free for orders over 140 euros. Below that amount, shipping will cost 4,95 euros.

Germany, Belgium, and the Netherlands

For orders over €140, delivery to a collection point in Germany, Belgium, and the Netherlands is free, and express delivery costs €9.99. Below that amount, delivery to a collection point costs €4.95, and express delivery costs €14.99.

United Kingdom

For orders over £120, shipping to UK is free and express delivery costs £4,95. Below that amount, standard shipping costs £4,95 and express shipping costs £9,95.

Norway, Switzerland, Liechtenstein and Vatican City

For orders over €140, standard shipping to Norway, Switzerland, Liechtenstein and Vatican City is free and express shipping costs €4,95. Below that amount, standard shipping costs €4,95 and express shipping costs €6,95.

United States

Shipping to the United States is free for orders over $ 160. Below that amount, shipping costs $ 20.

Mexico

Shipping to Mexico is free for orders over 3,500 Mexican pesos. Below that amount, shipping will cost 220 Mexican pesos.

Chile

Shipping to Chile is free for orders over 150,000 Chilean pesos. Below that amount, shipping will cost 10,000 Chilean pesos.

Rest of the world

Shipping to countries not mentioned above is free for orders over 140 euros. Below that amount, shipping costs 9,95 euros.

HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?

Spain and Portugal

  • Peninsula, Ceuta and Melilla: between 2 and 3 working days after the order leaves the warehouse.
  • Balearic Islands: between 2 and 5 working days after the order leaves the warehouse.
  • Canary Islands: approximately 5 working days from the time the order leaves the warehouse unless the package is held in customs, in which case it could take 2/3 days longer.

*Lady Pipa cannot be held accountable for delays in delivery that may occur due to unforeseen or extraordinary circumstances.

Rest of the world

Deliveries to any country (except Spain and Portugal) take 2 to 5 working days from the time the order leaves the warehouse.

WHICH COURIER COMPANY WILL DELIVER MY ORDER?

Spain and Portugal

  • Home Delivery: Correos Express.
  • Delivery to collection point or locker: Mondial Relay/In Post.

France, Belgium, the Netherlands, Germany, Italy and Luxembourg

  • Home Delivery: DHL.
  • Delivery to collection point or locker: Mondial Relay/In Post.

Rest of the world

  • Home Delivery: DHL.

WHERE CAN I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

You can receive it at the address of your choice (home, work, etc., never at a post office box) or at a Mondial Relay/In Post collection point or locker if you are in Spain, Portugal, France, Germany, Belgium, the Netherlands, Italy or Luxembourg. If you are not at the address indicated when the courier comes to deliver your order, you will be contacted to arrange a delivery date and time that suits you.

WHAT IS THE DELIVERY PROCESS?

We will send you a shipping confirmation email when your order leaves the warehouse. In this email, we will include a link and tracking number so that you can check the status of your order.

ONLINE ORDERS PROCESSED IN-STORE

The stock levels shown in our stores are for reference only; therefore, even if an item appears to be in stock, it may not be possible to complete the purchase.

Delivery times for these types of orders are approximately 2 to 4 days.

The cost of home delivery is the same as for an online order. The in-store pickup option is free. *Pickup is only available at the store where the order is prepared.
