PRICE AND PAYMENT
The price of each product will be as stated on our website at any given time, except in the case of obvious error. Although we try to ensure that all prices listed on the website are correct, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any of the products you have ordered, we will cancel your order and process a refund.
We will not be obliged to supply any product at the incorrect lower price (even if we have sent you the Shipping Confirmation) if the pricing error is obvious and unmistakable and could have been reasonably recognized by you as an incorrect price.
In the event that the order has already been shipped, if the pricing error is obvious and clear, the contract will be considered void, and Lady Pipa may claim the return of the product received.
How do Lady Pipa's clothes fit?
Sizing varies depending on our models but in most cases our customers wear their usual size.
For jumpsuits, we recommend choosing based on the size of non-stretch trousers you usually wear in a shop like Zara.
For dresses, the same criteria can be applied unless the bottom of the dress is not fitted, in which case we recommend that you go by your blouse size.

What sizes to do you make?
We hope to expand the size range in the near future, but at the moment we offer sizes XXS to 5XL.
Do you make dresses to measure or to order?
No, at the moment we don’t have the necessary infrastructure to provide this service.
Do the items come with a warranty?
LADYPIPA, S.L.U. offers warranties to customers who make purchases as consumers on the products marketed through the website, for the lack of conformity of the same, manifested within a period of two (2) years from delivery of the product. In the absence of proof to the contrary, it shall be presumed that any lack of conformity which becomes apparent within two (2) years of delivery of the product was already present when the product was delivered. If any of the products do not comply with the contract, the customer must inform LADYPIPA, S.L.U. by any of the means of communication provided.
How can I wash my Lady Pipa garments?
Carefully follow the care instructions on the product label and in the product description on the website. We recommend using a wash bag. Please note that red garments should be washed on their own as they may bleed. Avoid putting your Lady Pipa items in the tumble dryer. Where are your garments made?
We are proud of our environmentally-friendly production process and fair working conditions. Our products are manufactured in small workshops on the outskirts of Madrid (Spain) in compliance with environmental and labour regulations.
