Can I exchange a garment?
We are unable to make exchanges. If you need another size, color or product, you can make a new purchase and return what you don't want so we can process the refund.
Do you accept returns?
We accept returns on all clothing, accessories and footwear items, including those that are discounted. Returns are made by refunding the money.
How do I return an item?

How long do I have to make a return?
The deadline for any return is 30 calendar days from the day you place the order to the day you generate the label to carry out the return.
Remember that you have to deposit the items to be returned at the delivery point within 3 calendar days from the date you generated the return label.
*LADY PIPA reserves the right to refuse returns communicated or sent after the deadline, or garments that are not in the same condition in which they were sent.

- Free in Peninsula.
- 4 euros in the Balearic Islands.
- 9 euros in the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla.
European Union with the exception of Spain
The cost of the return is 5€.
United Kingdom
The cost of the return is £10.
United States
The cost of the return is $10.
Mexico
The cost of the return is 250 Mexican pesos.
Chile
The cost of the return is 9000 Chilean pesos.
Rest of the world
The cost of the return is 10€.
Do you prefer to send the package on your own?
If you prefer, you can also make the return assuming the cost of shipping with any courier service that allows you to track the package so that it does not get lost. In this case, the package will have to arrive at our facilities within the deadline and we will refund you the full amount of your order. The steps to follow are as follows:

How can I return a store order?
Orders placed in store can only be exchanged and returned in store under the conditions that appear on the purchase receipt.
How will I receive my refund?
Once the return has been received in our warehouse, you will receive the amount in the same way in which you made your purchase in the bank account associated with the card or Paypal account with which you paid within a maximum period of 14 days.
If you chose to pay in three installments with Klarna, you will be reimbursed for the portion you have paid so far and the remaining payments will be cancelled.
Did you receive my return in the warehouse?
We will not notify you when we receive the package in the warehouse. We will only send you an email when we have made the refund. Shipments take 4/5 business days from the time it is deposited at the convenience points.
In case you have decided to send the return on your own, you can check the status of the shipment with the tracking number.
When will you reimburse?
You will receive your refund within approximately 7-14 calendar days from the date we receive the package back in our warehouse. We will inform you that we have made the refund by a confirmation email. Please note that the credit card payment always depends on your bank.
What should I do if the amount of my refund is incorrect?
You should contact our customer service department by writing an email to info@ladypipa.es and we will solve the problem as soon as possible.
How much does shipping cost?
Spain
1. POINT PACK DELIVERY
If you choose as shipping method point pack delivery, shipping is free for orders over 25,95€ in Peninsula and Balearic Islands. You can see the list of delivery points in this link delivery
2.HOME DELIVERY
Shipping to mainland Spain is free for orders over 25,95 euros. For orders under 25,95 euros, shipping costs 4,90 euros, shipping to the Balearic Islands costs 3 euros. Shipping to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla costs 5 euros.
European Union
Shipping to any country in the European Union is free for orders over 190 euros. Below that amount, shipping will cost 5 euros.
United Kingdom
UK shipping is free for orders over £170. Below that amount, standard shipping will cost £5 and express shipping will cost £10.
United States
Shipping to the United States is free for orders over $190. Below that amount, shipping will cost $6.
Mexico
Shipping to Mexico is free for orders over 4,700 Mexican pesos. Below that amount, shipping will cost 250 Mexican pesos.
Chile
Shipping to Chile is free for orders over 190,000 Chilean pesos. Below that amount, shipping will cost 9,000 Chilean pesos.
Rest of the world
Shipping to countries not mentioned above is free for orders over 190 euros. Below that amount, standard shipping will cost 5 euros and express shipping will cost 10 euros.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Spain and Portugal
Shipments to the peninsula, Balearic Islands, Ceuta and Melilla and Portugal take between 2 and 3 working days from thetime you place the order. Shipments to the Canary Islands will take approximately 5 working days unless the package is held in customs, in which case it could take 2/3 more days.
Rest of the world
Shipments to any country (except Spain and Portugal) take 2 to 5 working days from the time you place your order.
Which courier company will deliver my order?
For shipments to Spain and Portugal with home delivery we work mainly with Correos Express. And for point pack delivery we work with Mondial Relay .
For shipments outside Spain and Portugal we work mainly with DHL.
Where can I receive my order?
You can receive it at the address of your choice (home, work, etc.-never at a post office box) or at a Mondial Relay delivery point if you are in Spain or Portugal. If you are not at the address indicated when the courier comes to deliver your order, they will contact you to arrange a delivery date and time that suits you.
Can I track the status of my shipment?
Yes, we will send you an email with a tracking number when your order leaves the warehouse.
What is the delivery process?
We will send you a shipping confirmation email when your order leaves the warehouse. In that email we will include a link and tracking number so you can check the status of your order.
How do you size Lady Pipa's clothes?
Sizing varies depending on our models but in most cases our customers wear their usual size.
For jumpsuits, our recommendation is that you choose based on the size of non-stretch pants that you usually wear in a store like Zara.
For dresses the same criteria can be applied except if the bottom of the dress is not fitted in which case we recommend that you go by your blouse size.

What sizes do you produce?
We hope to expand the size range in the near future but for the moment we offer from size XXS to size 5XL.
Do you make custom-made dresses or made to order?
No, at the moment we do not have the necessary infrastructure to provide this service.
How can I wash my Lady Pipa?
You can wash it in the washing machine with the wool or delicates program. We recommend using a laundry bag. Please note that red garments should be washed on their own because they fade a lot. Avoid putting your Lady Pipes in the dryer.
Where are your garments manufactured?
We are proud of our environmentally friendly production process and decent working conditions. Our products are manufactured in workshops on the outskirts of Madrid, Spain. They are small workshops that manufacture our garments in compliance with environmental regulations and treat their workers well.
