COVID-19 Special Conditions:
It seems that the COVID-19 pandemic is subsiding in Spain. No matter the situation, our priority above everything else is people. This means that first and foremost, we want to ensure the health and safety of our employees and suppliers.
Do you send deliveries during states of emergency?
Yes, deliveries take place within the usual period of 2-3 working days from the time that you place the order.
Our warehouse has adopted measures to ensue the safety of both employees and customers: (i) all staff work wearing gloves and a mask, (ii) they take everyone’s temperature before starting, (iii) employees work in shifts to respect social distancing and to avoid having contact with other colleagues, (iv) no unauthorised individuals have access to the warehouse.
Have you increase the period of time for returns?
We increased the period of time for returns for all purchases made online from the 4th March 2020. These purchases can be returned up to 15 days after the end of the state of emergency.
Are the textile workshops still working?
Currently, the workshops that make our clothes are in Madrid and have resumed activity, adopting all of the safety and hygiene measures to guarantee the safety of the people who work there.
Are Lady Pipa employees working remotely?
Yes, even before the state of emergency was announced, the Lady Pipa team was working remotely. We continue to look after you as normal, but from our individual homes :)
Is the Shop in Madrid open?
Yes, the Shop in Madrid has opened its doors again. They have taken the necessary safety and hygiene measures:
- They have put gels, gloves and masks out for customers who go to the shop.
- The shop is disinfected at least twice a day.
- Of the four changing rooms available, two will be used alternately and they will be disinfected after each use.
- All garments that customers try on will be left quarantined in the stockroom for 48 hours.
