We accept returns onall items of clothing and footwear, including those that were discounted. Returns are completed by refunding the money.
We don’t do exchanges. If you need a different size, colour or product, you can buy a new item and then return what you don’t want to us so that we can process the refund.

WOULD YOU PREFER TO SEND YOUR PACKAGE AT YOUR OWN EXPENSE?
If you would prefer, you can send the return at your own expense, covering the cost of any courier service that tracks the package so that it doesn’t get lost. If you choose to do this, the package has to arrive at our facilities within the deadline and we will refund the entire cost of your order. Please take the following steps:
- Place the items that you want to return in the package with the canvas bag.
- Go to the courier that you want to use and send the return to the following address:
Garments must be in perfect condition with their corresponding labels.
HOW WILL THE COST OF MY RETURN BE SENT TO ME?
Once we have receive the return in our warehouse, you will receive the cost of return in the same way that you made your purchase, to the bank account, card or PayPal account that you used to pay for the item, within a period of 14 days.
If you chose to pay in three instalment with Klarna, you will receive a refund for the amount paid up until now and the rest of the payments will be cancelled.
HAVE YOU RECEIVED MY RETURN IN THE WAREHOUSE?
We will not tell you when we receive the package in the warehouse. We will only send you an email once we have completed the refund. Deliveries will take 4/5 working days from the time that you deposit the package at a convenience point.
In the event that you decide to send a return at your own expense, you can see the status of the shipment using the tracking number.
HOW WILL YOU PROCESS THE REFUND?
You will receive the refund within a period of 7-14 calendar days from the date we receive the return package in our warehouse. We will tell you that we have completed the refund via an email confirmation. Remember that sending payments to your credit card always depends on your bank.
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF THE AMOUNT FOR MY RETURN IS WRONG?
You must contact out customer service department by writing an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will resolve the problem as soon as possible.
